Data Protection Policy

This policy applies to all data processed by AIgentZ in the course of providing the Service, including account information, connected platform data (such as Meta Ads account data), and any business information shared with us directly.

• Client account and contact information.
• Advertising and business performance data accessed via connected integrations.
• Any business documents or information shared with our team during onboarding or consulting engagements.

We treat client data as confidential. AIgentZ does not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties, except where necessary to operate the Service (e.g., secure cloud infrastructure providers, bound by confidentiality) or where required by law. This confidentiality commitment applies whether or not a separate NDA has been signed with a given client.

We apply the following safeguards to protect data:

• Encryption of data in transit and, where applicable, at rest.
• Access controls limiting data access to team members who need it to perform their role.
• Secure storage of API credentials and access tokens used for platform integrations.
• Regular review of access permissions and prompt revocation for departing team members.

Client data is retained only for as long as needed to deliver the Service.

In the event of a data breach affecting client data, AIgentZ will notify affected clients without undue delay and take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the incident.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and authorizations to share the data and platform access they provide to AIgentZ.
