AIgentZ is an AI-powered intelligence platform that analyzes business and performance data using automated analytics and machine learning to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

• You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization you represent when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering or booking a demo.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected third-party platforms.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without our written consent.
• Upload or transmit data you do not have the right to share with us.

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Meta Ads, and, as they become available, Google, HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce, and TikTok) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service. See our Integrations Policy for details on how connected data is accessed and used.

All rights, title, and interest in the AIgentZ platform, including its software, design, and underlying AI models, remain the exclusive property of AIgentZ. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or account information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Service, and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.

The Service is provided "as is." AI Gent Z's recommendations are generated using AI and third-party data and are provided for informational purposes only - see our Disclaimer for full detail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Gent Z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any linked accounts at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
